This is something that can be either a small serious long-term benefit or a fast-tracker with benefits that span multiple aspects of what we have as public health and public safety/security crises.

The question is - will people help the small crew of recognized individuals who are trying to put it all together?

Will Reason prevail, or the ego-emotions that sometimes will block a new initiative just because it is not “theirs” - you know, the “not invented here” syndrome, or rather, the “not all mine” syndrome.

Well, for once there is a growing team of individuals all in (relatively) one place.

I am hoping people will help us. This is Not a matter of money - it is a matter of politics and people-connections.

Now please read some frank, extemporaneous, and no-holds-barred comments, the type that counts as “The Emperor Has No Clothes”

We are Not Alone. There are others with us, and also many totally independent of our CUBIT Working Group consortium, and our company, and the Institute for Innovative Study (http://instinnovstudy.org)

But we are all-together with solutions, answers, that this Commission has rightly and accurately complained about being ignored by at least three presidential administrations (not only the present one!) - the problem is in the mega-bureaucracy of, frankly speaking, know-nothings and know-littles, and filled with corporate contractors and their seat-filling, report-regurgitating “robotniks”.

And much of this is about greed, Greed, GREED at the corporate level and throughout. Millions and Billions spent for years, now going into decades, on reports, special committees, special centers, and all that is coming out are papers, reports, “studies”, simulations, and a lot of technology that does not work, or is way too expensive, or full of false-positives and false-negatives in the final deployment, too hard for most people to use, too delicate, too “fussy.”

So, back in the early 1990’sm actually the late 1980’s, some of us set about to Do It Right and come up with the right scientific foundational paradigms, principles, architectures, designs, devices, algorithms, and systems.

And We Did It! But we have been flatly ignored by two groups that have squatted down on top of the general medical, public health, epidemiological, and CBRNE world - the bureaucratic + mega-corporate Herd, and the truly mindless VC + investment Herd, both of which are, in my humble opinion as an expert, and as an ordinary citizen, pushing this society, this country, this world, toward a mega-disaster that may be either natural - or intentional (terrorist-and-fanatically-beyond), but a mega-disaster in the making, and soon to happen unless we will get in gear, have the Guts, and follow people who Do Know How to do it Right.
