Put it in the context now of TODAY and what is going on, very successfully, within the global Jihad community, for the enlistment of persons who are US citizens, not appearing to be at all of origin from places like Pakistan, Afghanistan, or anywhere in the Middle East, good ‘ol homegrown boys and girls, Jihad Mary Jane and Billy Boy types.

Now, some of us geeks and scientists have been writing, publishing, warning, at conferences, in secure conferences, and in other communications, about all of this since way, way back, as in , even before 9-11. DARPA has my papers done under contract in the 90’s. Conferences in Berlin, Paris, and St. Petersburg, and work done for Boeing, all on the same themes and problems.

But nothing is being done about it and agencies like the FBI (which I respect greatly and with good reasons) are hand-tied and cuffed, as it were, to do their work. Meanwhile, contractors from companies like Booz-Allen, BAE, Schafer, Mantech, CSC, and SAIC control our Dept. of Homeland security, milking us, the American people and government, of not only money but safety and security, for their profit, leaving us more unguarded and more at-risk than ever before.

I truly believe that it is simply a matter of a short time, from days to months, when some terrorist group, involving home-grown, native-born Americans, people who are white or black, red-haired or green-haired for that matter, but not people originating (growing up) in the physical Middle East, will pull off a significant WMD attack or multiple coordinated attacks.

Yes, our work could be helping to prevent this from happening!

No, neither I nor anyone can guarantee perfect security But I can tell you that NomadEyes (http://nomadeyes.com) and other aspects of our work could certainly be helping a lot! And we have been held back, prevented, blocked, not by explicit terrorists but by Greedy, Conceited, Arrogant, Foolish Bureaucrats and people who are more interested in serving themselves and filling their pockets than in serving America and the Free World, and Civilization as a whole.

We are Not Alone. There are others with us, and also many totally independent of our CUBIT Working Group consortium, and our company, and the Institute for Innovative Study (http://instinnovstudy.org)

But we are all-together with solutions, answers, that this Commission has rightly and accurately complained about being ignored by at least three presidential administrations (not only the present one!) - the problem is in the mega-bureaucracy of, frankly speaking, know-nothings and know-littles, and filled with corporate contractors and their seat-filling, report-regurgitating “robotniks”.

And much of this is about greed, Greed, GREED at the corporate level and throughout. Millions and Billions spent for years, now going into decades, on reports, special committees, special centers, and all that is coming out are papers, reports, “studies”, simulations, and a lot of technology that does not work, or is way too expensive, or full of false-positives and false-negatives in the final deployment, too hard for most people to use, too delicate, too “fussy.”

So, back in the early 1990’sm actually the late 1980’s, some of us set about to Do It Right and come up with the right scientific foundational paradigms, principles, architectures, designs, devices, algorithms, and systems.

And We Did It! But we have been flatly ignored by two groups that have squatted down on top of the general medical, public health, epidemiological, and CBRNE world - the bureaucratic + mega-corporate Herd, and the truly mindless VC + investment Herd, both of which are, in my humble opinion as an expert, and as an ordinary citizen, pushing this society, this country, this world, toward a mega-disaster that may be either natural - or intentional (terrorist-and-fanatically-beyond), but a mega-disaster in the making, and soon to happen unless we will get in gear, have the Guts, and follow people who Do Know How to do it Right.

I ask you all to consider, please.  Is there some way for me to do anything for anyone, to sell anything, to offer any security, any service, whatsoever, so that I can raise either by income, sale of personal goods, or loans, the money to pay to the State of Virginia, in the next two weeks, so that I don’t have to be sent for six months or forever in a “debtors’ prison” for “contempt of court” due to a necessary shortage on payment of interest charges that themselves are arguably in error due to computer miscalculations by DCSE ?  Is this too weird or not?

I will do Anything.  I will work for minimum wage.

Look, I could go 7 days a week and be a volunteer teacher, coach, mentor, counselor for prisoners.  But please let me be at home with my wife.  Both of us are deathly afraid of this.
